$45+ free shipping
Orders containing shippable products totaling $45 or more (after tax) qualify for free shipping. Includes small toys, gear, clothing, sleep sacks, swaddles, blankets, and similar items.
Heads up: larger gear or toys may be marked Warehouse Pickup Only or have an option for Request Shipping (charges may apply).
Returns & exchanges
All resale items are sold as-is — no returns or exchanges on consigned product.
New retail items can be returned within 14 days in original condition for store credit. Shipping costs aren't refundable.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
In-store pickup
Free pickup at our Owings, MD warehouse. You'll get an email when your order is ready — typically same-day for in-stock items.
