How we ship, what we accept back, and the rules of the road for resale, retail, live sales, and pre-orders. Bookmark this one.
$45+ free shipping
Free shipping on orders $45 or more (after tax). Orders of shippable products totaling $45+ qualify automatically — small toys, small gear, clothing, sleep sacks, swaddles, blankets, and similar.
- • Larger gear or toy items may be marked "Warehouse Pickup Only" or with the option "Request Shipping (Charges May Apply)".
- • If an item is too large or can't be shipped in its current form (e.g. fully assembled and not in a box), it may not be eligible for shipping.

Retail & For Mama returns
We want you to love your purchase. Here's how returns work for items from our Retail and For Mama catalogs.
Retail / For Mama items can be returned for a refund (minus shipping) within 7 days of purchase.
Retail / For Mama items can be returned for store credit only within 30 days of purchase (minus shipping).
Items purchased during a live sale can only be returned for store credit within 7 days of the order.
All SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- • Item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when it left the warehouse.
- • Return shipping or delivery back to the warehouse is the buyer's responsibility.
- • Tag removal: damage from removing tags is not a valid return reason. Please use scissors carefully.
Damaged or incorrect items? Email [email protected] right away and we'll make it right.
Return authorization required. All returns must be approved by our team. Email us with your order invoice before sending anything back.
Resale = final sale
Everything in our Resale catalog is FINAL SALE. These items can't be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Once purchased, resale clothing is final.
Final once they've been inspected at pickup or delivery.
- • Resale items may not be in perfect condition, but we do our best to stock high-quality pieces.
- • Some items hold their value — we encourage buying during sales for added savings, but we price fairly to original retail and current condition / type of use.
- • Found an issue after receiving it? Email [email protected] and our team will help.
Items marked "Play Clothes Condition" at $1 are not in perfect, like-new, or even "good" condition. They're meant for outdoor play, messy crafts, and mud days — where a little wear and tear is expected.
These pieces still have a lot of life left, but may show pilling, light staining, holes in knees, or other imperfections. They won't have major holes — if any are missed during our inspection, let us know right away. (Exception: jeans may have worn-in knees or minor holes from tag wear.)
"Semi-Play Condition" items may be a higher name brand and valued at a little more than $1 (think $0.50 / $1 / $1.50 more), or items that are barely in play-clothes status.
Order processing & tracking
All orders placed on jackandjuni.com ship within 72 business hours (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
If an item is unavailable, you'll either get a refund for that item or DOUBLE shopping credit — pay $8 for an item, get $16 to shop again. Managing 20,000+ items across online, in person, live sales, and events means occasional double-sells happen. The consignor is always paid for the item either way.
Live sales, pre-orders, and promotional sales may take longer than the standard 72-hour window. Promotional sales especially may take up to a week for prep, especially if items are for pickup.
- • Shipped via USPS or UPS — we pack every order like a gift.
- • Tracking lands in your email and in your account dashboard.
- • Once it's with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands — we can't control it from there.
