Any item purchased from our RETAIL / FOR MAMA catalog on our WEBSITE can be returned for a refund (minus shipping charges) up to 7 days from the purchase date. Items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY up to 30 days from purchase (minus shipping charges) . If items were originally purchased via a live sale they can be returned up to 7 days post order and ONLY FOR STORE CREDIT. Regardless of purchase style, all SALE items are considered FINAL SALE.
The item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition it left the boutique. Return shipping or delivery to our door is the responsibility of the buyer. If something is wrong with the item or it is in need of replacement email [email protected] for our team to assist. DAMAGE FROM REMOVAL OF TAGS IS NOT A VALID RETURN REASON — PLEASE USE SCISSORS TO REMOVE TAGS.

Any item purchased from our RESALE catalog is considered FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Clothing is considered final sale once purchased and Toys / Baby Gear is considered final sale once inspected upon pickup or delivery. Keep in mind these items will not be in PERFECT condition as they are resale, but we do strive to stock great pieces.
If something is wrong with the item upon receiving please email [email protected] and our team will assist. Please note any item that is marked “Play Clothes Condition” and priced at the $1 amount is NOT in perfect, like new, new, or good condition. These are clothes designed for mud play, outdoor play, painting, and other messy activities where damaging a nice shirt would be a bummer. These $1 clothing pieces still have a lot of life in them, but can have pilling, LIGHT staining or other signs of wear. These pieces should NOT have holes in them, so if something is missed by our team definitely let us know! Please also note resale clothing sizes can be skewed in fit, so sizing up is sometimes necessary to achieve a proper fit.
