$35+ Free Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Orders Over $35 (Excluding Tax)

Orders containing shippable products totaling $35 or more (after tax) will qualify for free shipping. This includes items like small toys, small gear, clothing, sleep sacks, swaddles, blankets, and similar products.

Items that may not be shippable:

  • Larger gear or toy items may be marked as “Warehouse Pickup Only” or with the option “Request Shipping (Charges May Apply).”
  • If an item appears to be too large or cannot be shipped in its current form (e.g., put together and not in a box), it may not be eligible for shipping.

Before You Buy:
If you’re unsure whether an item can be shipped or if additional shipping charges may apply, you can email us at Info@JackandJuni.com before completing your purchase. We’ll confirm whether the item is shippable and provide shipping charge details.

Retail Policy

Return Policy for RETAIL / FOR MAMA Catalog Items

We want you to love your purchase! Here’s how our return policy works:

  • Returns for Refund (Retail/For Mama Catalog Only):
    Items can be returned for a refund (minus shipping charges) within 7 days of purchase.

  • Store Credit (Retail/For Mama Catalog Only):
    Items can be returned for store credit only within 30 days of purchase (minus shipping charges).

  • Live Sale Purchases:
    Items purchased during a live sale can only be returned for store credit within 7 days of the order.

  • Final Sale Items:
    All SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Requirements:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when it left our boutique.
  • Return shipping or delivery to our store is the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If there is an issue with your item (e.g., it’s damaged or needs replacement), please email info@JackandJuni.com for assistance.

Tag Removal:
Damage from removing tags is not a valid reason for return. Please carefully use scissors to remove tags to avoid damaging the item.

Return Authorization:
All returns must be approved by our team. Please email us at Info@JackandJuni.com with your order invoice to receive return authorization before sending the item back.

Resale Policy

Final Sale on RESALE Items

All items purchased from our RESALE catalog are considered FINAL SALE. These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Clothing:
Once purchased, clothing from the resale catalog is final sale.

Toys & Baby Gear:
These items are final sale once they have been inspected at the time of pickup or delivery.

Condition of Resale Items:

  • Keep in mind that resale items may not be in perfect condition, but we make an effort to stock high-quality pieces.
  • If you find an issue with your item after receiving it, please email info@JackandJuni.com and our team will assist you.

“Play Clothes Condition” ($1 Items):

  • Items marked as “Play Clothes Condition” and priced at $1 are not in perfect, like-new, or even “good” condition. These clothes are meant for outdoor play, messy activities, and mud play—where a little wear and tear is expected.
  • While these $1 items still have a lot of life left, they may show signs of wear such as pilling, light staining, or other imperfections.
  • These pieces will not have holes. If any holes are missed during our inspection, please let us know right away with the exception of jeans may have worn in knees or minor holes.

Sizing Notes:

  • Resale clothing sizes may vary, and sometimes sizing up is recommended for a better fit.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping

All orders placed on our website will be shipped within 72 business hours (Monday through Friday and Non-Holiday).

Out of Stock Issues:
If an item is out of stock, we’ll either issue a refund for that item or offer DOUBLE shopping credit—for example, if you paid $8 for an item, you’d receive $16 to shop again. While we do our best to keep everything in stock, managing over 20,000 items across online, in-person, live sales, and events means that occasionally out-of-stock situations do happen. Rest assured, the consignor is always paid for the item, even in the case of a double sell.

Special Order Timelines:

  • Live Sales, Pre-Orders, and Promotional Sales: These orders may take longer to process and will not fall under the standard 72-hour shipping policy. Promotional sales, for example, may take up to one week for order processing and prep, especially if items are for pickup.

Shipping Process:
Once your package leaves our warehouse, it will be shipped via USPS or UPS, and we pack each order with care—just like a gift!

  • You’ll receive tracking information via Shipstation both in your email and on your JackandJuni.com customer dashboard.
  • Please note, once the package is shipped, we no longer control the delivery timeline, as that depends on the carrier.
