What Is the Mama Fund?
It is tough being a mama and sometimes we need a little extra help! Here is where our mama fund and pantry come into focus! Giving back is part of our soul and with every company we have ever had, it has been part of our story! We are passionate that motherhood is hard and the village is non-existent now. Here at Jack & Juni we have adopted from our other companies our Mama Fund and added a “Mama Pantry” component. We couldn’t be more thrilled to launch this amazing service for our community.

How We Help
Making a Difference
5% of Sales for Giveback
5% of proceeds from sales is put into a fund to give back in gift cards, services, event tickets, products, and more! Historically through our companies giving back to our community is a passion of ours and we have gifted thousands of dollars in financial offerings or gifts over the years.
Pantry Donations
Have something you’d like to donate — our pantry is open to receive! Things like Diapers, Wipes, Bottles, Care Products, Gift Cards, Formula, Items for Postpartum Care, etc. Anything to help a mama in need with herself or her little one with a strong kid focus! CLICK HERE to contact us to start the donation process! We will approve the donation based on available space / need. After approve we will schedule a drop off.
Mama Fund
We have a link you can add monetarily to our mama fund or an Amazon wish list you buy things off for the pantry. The pantry is only accessed by nominated individuals in need of assistance to raise their little ones with a village behind them… participants in the pantry remain anonymous for privacy reasons. We will keep their information on an email list so we can notify them of new arrivals to the pantry.
Retail / Resale Overview
Though our retail side will focus on higher quality baby/toddler items, we will always strive to diversify our price points to be accessible to a variety of moms. For our resale division, we will focus on hosting a variety of products that allow mamas to find things they need much more affordably! Kids grow fast and use things short-term. Resale is something we are extremely passionate about personally and professionally and cannot wait to show you what we have in store! Both types of sales will have the 5% set aside for the mama fund!
Location / Access
Our warehouse is located in Owings, MD. All items for retail/resale sales will be housed there and advertised on our website and social media. We will also host in–person shopping events throughout the year to add to the mama fund monetarily.
The 5% “Fine Print”
The payment software makes this SUPER easy for us! The system will automatically take out 5% of the sale (retail or resale) and put it into a fund in our payment processing software. This makes saving the funds and seeing how much is in our account SUPER easy. With this fund, we are able to supply the items listed above, but of course, this only gets filled if the shop is busy selling. Our course all financial obligations for the company need to be met first before giveback is possible, but we certainly hope to be busy enough that this 5% is only used for giveback.
Pantry Access
Our mama pantry is accessible by scheduled appointment and through nomination or if we see a public request once every 3 months. We understand that “in need” is a broad term, but we ask that this service be used truly by a mama who is in hard times and wants to provide for her kids or herself in a necessary way. We understand it takes a village and that village is non-existent so if we can even provide a glimmer of hope for those mamas without one we are all in!
Nomination Sensitivity
We understand this is a sensitive topic and for that reason, we strive to be very discreet with this service. We are not here to boast or brag about the things we offer — we understand it is not easy to ask for help. We are proud of you and love that we can even offer this service! Also — please know if you would like to nominate yourself, that is totally fine too! We just ask that nominations are truly for mamas in need to not take advantage of the fund/pantry items.
“Shopping” the Pantry
The pantry “shopping” experience will work off a figurative dollar amount. The mama will receive figuratively $100 to “shop” the pantry for what she needs and each item will be labeled with price points (i.e. Pack of Diapers ($10) or 20 Pieces of Clothing ($20). This way the pantry can stay stocked for other mamas too. There is NO REAL MONEY EXCHANGE OR CASH VALUE … this is the best way to ensure the resources aren’t taken advantage of or diminished before the next mama arrives.
Limitations on Nominations / Use
We reserve the right to limit offerings to ensure there is enough to go around! The pantry will work on a “figurative money system” where the mama has “$100” to shop the pantry of available items. Items will be “priced” to make shopping easy. The mama will be able to access the pantry once every 3 months. We keep all of the mamas in nomination on an email list so we can send out an email when the pantry is restocked with available items for scheduling a shopping appointment on a first come, first serve basis.
Nominations
Moms in need can be nominated by the community by CLICKING HERE or if we see a public outreach post in a moms group we will provide the link to register for our Mama Pantry rotation!
