Springtime & Easter Community Event with Business Sponsorship Opportunities 
Join us for a Family-Friendly Celebration on April 6th from 12pm β 4pm! 
We are excited to invite local businesses to partner with us in hosting a wonderful Springtime Community Event that will be free of charge to local families. This event is designed to bring our community together for an afternoon of fun, laughter, and celebration of the season!

Easter Egg Hunt Schedule:
1:00pm β Under 2 Years Old
1:30pm β 2-4 Years Old
2:00pm β 5-8 Years Old
2:30pm β 8+ Years Old
(Siblings are welcome to hunt together, but please be respectful of age differences and ultimately the included prizes)
*PLEASE NOTE: we are using the term βHUNTβ lightly β they will NOT be too well hidden and may be more like an Easter Roll β BUT we do not have our final plans in place just yet!*

To ensure that we can offer this event FREE OF CHARGE to families, we are seeking business sponsors to help cover the costs of event supplies, including:

How to Sponsor / Register:
Though the event is FREE β we are encouraging families to REGISTER FOR THE EVENT so we can prep for all attending families with enough supplies!
SENSORY FRIENDLY HOUR DETAILS:
We will be hosting a Sensory Hour from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM 
, featuring a special Easter Egg Roll (Hunt) at 11:30 AM for ALL AGES 
. We understand that it can be overwhelming to jump right into the action when you arrive, so this quieter, more accommodating hour is designed to ease into the event.
During this time, you can expect: Lower crowds for a more relaxed experience, as ONLY registered Sensory Hour Attendees are permitted until 12pm. Moonbounce and games without long lines (only fellow sensory kiddos will be in line) No Music, No Announcements, No Fuss 
In and out availability for your comfort and convenience before the main event if desired.
Of course, youβre welcome to join us from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM if your child feels comfortable with it 
. However, weβre offering the Sensory Hour specifically for families who may benefit from a more supportive and less stimulating environment 
.

* Please note we ask that parents that NEED this hour, use this hour for the best experience. If your child doesnβt require a sensory hour, please leave this open for others so they can enjoy the day too! Only registered attendees will be permitted at the event from 11am β 12pm!
