Raffle Terms & Conditions
BY PURCHASING YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS!
Eligibility
Open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older.
Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Jack & Juni are not eligible to participate.
All entries must be purchased and paid in full prior to the raffle drawing.
Entry Details
Each entry is $20, or two entries for $30.
Entries are non-refundable once submitted.
Payment must be received before 12:00 PM EST on November 1, 2025, to qualify.
A minimum of 10 total entries must be received for the raffle to proceed.
If fewer than 10 entries are received, all participants will receive Jack & Juni gift cards for their entry fees.
Prize Information
Grand Prize: One (1) Resale Mockingbird Stroller in “Like New” / VGUC condition, plus a cover, mosquito net, sun shade, and cup holder. This is a RESALE product and is not NEW! This item must be PICKED UP at our warehouse located at 7620 Investment Court Owings, MD 20736.
All non-winning entries will automatically convert into a Jack & Juni Gift Card of equal value to purchase.
The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
Winner Selection
- The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on November 1, 2025, at approximately 12:00 PM EST.
- The drawing will be conducted fairly and transparently by Jack & Juni representatives.
- The winner will be notified via email or social media within 24 hours of the draw and must claim their prize within 7 days.
- If the winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
Delivery / Pickup
- The prize must be picked up in person from the Jack & Juni Warehouse located at 7620 Investment Court Owings, Maryland, 20736.
- Delivery within the DMV may be available at the winner’s expense if requested.
General Conditions
This raffle is organized solely by Jack & Juni, located at 7620A Investment Court, Owings, MD 20736.
By entering, participants agree to allow their name and/or photo to be used for promotional purposes.
Jack & Juni reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the raffle if technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances affect fairness or integrity.
This raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Mockingbird, Facebook, Instagram, or any other third party.
Agreement
By purchasing an entry, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
